He Pikorua - A Digital Solution for Ministry Of Education.

Working as part of a project team with MOE we were asked to help develop an online digital framework that would be a connected way of working. A way of working that is inclusive, empowering and consistent in its practice. So that our educators, whānau and communities can achieve important and measurable outcomes for our children and young people.

The creative direction and visual concept are driven by He purapura ora - a cluster of seeds that are life-giving and growing. He purapura ora - Purapura Ora – recognising all children and young people arrive with diverse stories. Cultural informed responses and insights enable effective practice to take place. Te Ao Māori positions the Māori child or young person into the spiritual and physical world is informed and taught how to be self-sufficient. Therefore with the attuned learning (AKO) the child and or young person will have control over one’s journey (mana motuhake). and he pikorua - combined energies/synergies.
